For Landlords new and existing As a new landlord looking to see if we are right for you please have a look through our “what people say” or click on our landlord tab to see examples of our invoices, property management reports and a full brochure detailing our services. For more information on our fee’s then please contact us direct. For our current landlords, please use the login tab to create yourself an account and you will be able to look at all maintenance jobs, draw down misplaced statements and much more, or feel free to use the “contact us” page to send us your thoughts or suggestions.        For Tenants new and existing With a large selection of properties that change daily it’s worth registering on the left hand side, it’s simple and will let you know as soon as a property is made available. Once you have found the right property you can then apply online by clicking on the tenancy application tab. For our current tenants, you can use the website to report maintenance problems (login Tab) or general guidance on your property, including how we deal with your deposit and a guide to leaving your property
